Acceptance of TermsBy accessing or using the NosyTrip website and services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the platform. These terms apply to all users including travelers, vendors and visitors. |

User Accounts & RegistrationTo access certain features, you must create an account and provide accurate, up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. NosyTrip reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity. |

Use of the PlatformNosyTrip is a platform connecting travelers with local service providers in Madagascar. We act as an intermediary and are not directly responsible for the services provided by vendors. Users agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and must not attempt to misuse, disrupt or exploit any part of the service. |

Booking & PaymentsAll bookings made through NosyTrip are subject to availability and vendor confirmation. Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment providers. A small service fee is applied to each booking. Prices are displayed in the local currency and may be subject to applicable taxes. By completing a booking, you confirm the accuracy of your details and agree to the total amount charged. |

Cancellations & RefundsCancellation and refund rules vary by service type and are governed by our Cancellation Policy. Users are encouraged to review the specific policy before completing a booking. NosyTrip's service fee is non-refundable in all cases. |

Vendor ResponsibilitiesVendors registered on NosyTrip are responsible for ensuring their listings are accurate, up-to-date and legally compliant. Vendors must honor confirmed bookings and maintain the quality of service described in their listings. Misleading listings, fraudulent activity or repeated booking cancellations may result in account suspension. Vendors agree to NosyTrip's commission structure at the time of registration. |

Reviews & ContentUsers may submit reviews and ratings for services they have booked. Reviews must be honest, relevant and respectful. NosyTrip reserves the right to remove content that is offensive, fraudulent or violates community standards. Fake reviews or incentivized reviews are strictly prohibited. |

Limitation of LiabilityNosyTrip acts as a marketplace and is not liable for the quality, safety or legality of services provided by vendors, nor for any loss, injury or damage arising from the use of those services. We make no guarantees regarding service availability or uninterrupted access to the platform. Users and vendors assume their own risk when engaging in transactions through NosyTrip. |

Dispute ResolutionIn the event of a dispute between a traveler and a vendor, NosyTrip will make reasonable efforts to mediate and reach a fair outcome. All disputes should first be reported to our support team through the contact page. If a resolution cannot be reached through mediation, disputes will be governed by the laws of Madagascar and handled by the competent courts. |

Prohibited ActivitiesUsers and vendors must not engage in any activity that is illegal, harmful or disruptive to the platform. This includes but is not limited to: posting false information, attempting to circumvent payments, harassing other users, scraping platform data, or using the platform for purposes other than those intended. Violations may result in immediate account termination. |
